James D. Rush is a Marin County native. Mr. Rush received his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Riverside and his J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law. He first started working on behalf of people injured by the fault of others in 2003 as a law clerk and has been representing people in personal injury cases since starting his firm in 2005. Mr. Rush has tried personal injury cases to jury verdict in numerous California counties and in arbitration proceedings against the biggest insurance companies in the nation. He has represented injured people against some of the largest companies in the world such as Ford Motor Company, UPS, Wal-Mart, Safeway, State Farm Insurance, Mercury Insurance, and cities such as San Rafael, Oakland, Santa Rosa and San Francisco.
