Scott joined the firm in 2018 following law school and a career in San Francisco's Financial District where he worked as a market data analyst. Scott still maintains an affinity for numbers and now combines his expertise in these seemingly unrelated fields to Rush Injury Law's advantage in the courtroom. Using IBM's statistical and social science research software (SPSS), and other world-class social research techniques, Scott oversees Rush Injury Law's Focus Group/Mock Jury Program and Jury Selection Database. When it comes time for trial, Rush Injury Law's ability to pick a jury is unparalleled.
Scott attended the University of California at Davis, where he graduated summa cum laude (highest honors), and earned his law degree from Empire School of Law. Scott is fully licensed to practice law by State Bar of California.
